CCSIT supported Glanbia Plc in a programme to commission our new facility in Belview, Waterford.

Glanbia Ingredients Ireland invested €180m to build a world-class processing plant with the capacity to produce up to 100,000 tonnes of nutritional dairy powders a year, making it one of the biggest facilities of its kind in Europe. It is the largest single infrastructure investment in Ireland by an indigenous company since theconstruction of Ardnacrusha in 1929.

All of the dairy and nutritional products that come out of the plant will be exported to consumers in the Middle East, Africa, Central America, and Asia.

Brian was engaged to Programme Manage the support and delivery of Commissioning of the Belview facility for the production of products in line with Customer Product Specifications. Achieve the required certification and accreditation for ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 17025. GMP/HACCP/Halal/Kosher and achieve qualification approval for both Plant and Products for Customers.

This included IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification) & PQ (Performance Qualification) to ensure the plant, equipment and procedures supported the contracted performance, quality and operability.

Brian worked with Contractors, internal department heads and Customers to deliver the programme always proactive, professional and delivery focused, we will happily engage their services for future activities.
