Brian has worked across a range of industries for over 30 years in many capacities including Project and Programme Management, IT Consultancy supporting ISO 27001, information security management system (ISMS) & frameworks, PCI DSS, IT Security policies and procedures. GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), Project Management Office, Project Delivery Management, Change Control Manager and Contact Centre/Business Consultancy. Brian became interested in ergonomics a decade ago when having back problems and since then promotes and encourages correct ergonomics practices. Industries include financial, payment processing, insurance, telecommunications, utilities, services and dairy.
These Projects included Business Transition Programs, Business Support Systems (BSS), Operational Support Systems (OSS) deployments, application deployments, system integrations, payment processing, hardware deployment, infrastructure deployment, data migrations, PCI Compliance, IT Security Manual, Policies and procedures and access management. Contact Centre Infrastructure, resource scheduling, productivity and efficiency improvement, technology selection, system implementation, operation cost reduction and KPI and objective mapping.
Utilizing many years’ diverse role and industry experience, Brian has continued to evolve his knowledge with in depth knowledge of ITIL IT Service Management, ISO 27001, PCI/DSS and Prince2 to ensure he delivers cost effective, efficient and value add services to each client.

Hugh Neill
Hugh has worked in the Financial Services industry for circa 30 years, He has worked for global software providers, financial institutions, utilities, aviation, telecoms, and legal sectors as a project management consultant. He has proven programme/project management skills through successful implementation of complex projects in these multiple sectors. During that time he has been actively involved as an Injury Prevention Specialist specialising in ergonomic assessments, accident analyse & wellness programs. Hugh has provided ergonomic solutions for the workplace to help clients increase comfort, reduce absenteeism, increase productivity and comply with Health and Safety obligations.

Andrew Norman
A professional IT Consultant with proven experience in delivering medium to large, complex IT and change management projects, with a strong focus on Function Modelling, Data Modelling, Business Intelligence, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance and Data Migration. Experience gained over 30 years in the telecommunications, financial services, retail, local government, NHS and Defence sectors.
